woo, 5k in 45 minutes, 1 minute running to every 2 minutes walking. first 7 or 8 minutes were a killer but then it became ok, can’t go for much longer than a minute just now at a time or the asthma takes over but at least i know i can do it that way. so now my aim to run 1k straight by the end of the month, should be about 4 or 5 minutes i reckon. :) feel really good just now but bet tomorrow is going to be another story! weigh day too so hopefully i won’t have put any weight on!! it all feels good just now :)
