Well easter seems to have passed by without a trace! still managed to get a day off work so it’s cool.
managed 2.5k running for 2 mins, walking for 2 mins so it’s getting better, legs are bloody sore just now though! hopefully the weight is coming off, we shall see on thursday’s weigh in!
not much else going on in my world just now, all v quiet, not good!

woo, 5k in 45 minutes, 1 minute running to every 2 minutes walking. first 7 or 8 minutes were a killer but then it became ok, can’t go for much longer than a minute just now at a time or the asthma takes over but at least i know i can do it that way. so now my aim to run 1k straight by the end of the month, should be about 4 or 5 minutes i reckon. :) feel really good just now but bet...

So the gym today. Managed to spend a hour and a half in there so that’s good, legs have started to ache a bit now so even better. I can now run for about 1 min 30 before my lungs start to give out and i get all wheezy. So it’s a start, next aim is 2 mins then 2 and a half and so on. So continued on the Pirate Vs Ninja question at work, 3 pirates to 2 ninja’s. Steve wanted to change his vote from ninja to pirate though when we pointed out the pirates get all the treasure and the rum and all the ninja’s get was chopped up, but too late his decision had been made :)
